Mr. D. Shamaney – Industry Veteran in Petroleum and Energy

Mr. D. Shamaney brings over 28 years of experience in the petroleum industry, having worked extensively with major multinational corporations and national oil companies across Asia and Middle East. His career spans strategic roles in project development, product innovation, and corporate partnerships.

He played a pivotal role in the development of the Universal Terminal on Jurong Island, Singapore, as well as the largest petroleum terminals in Indonesia and Malaysia. On the product side, Mr. Shamaney has demonstrated expertise in upgrading and optimizing energy solutions—most notably in transforming coal into coke for a Mongolian enterprise.

Beyond technical and operational leadership, Mr. Shamaney has deep experience in fundraising, business development, and project management. He has successfully initiated and structured numerous joint ventures and consortiums within the petroleum sector, fostering collaboration and growth.

His extensive network across the petroleum supply chain positions him as a valuable asset to BX, offering strategic connections and insights that will support the company’s expansion and long-term success.
